Innovation Projects

Digital reform has made it necessary to adapt businesses and the workforce to new challenges. Training in modern methods reduces unemployment and increases the chances of employment and helps to integrate into a good working environment through apprenticeship.

Following European guidelines, MyNP3 supports these programs by actively participating in the creation of worthy IT professionals.

We cooperate with public bodies and companies, addressing needs, in accordance with European directives. Our activities concern Greek, English and Italian.

Work Based Learning

Work-Based Learning (WBL) means learning through work. The European Union, in its efforts to build a proper system for the education and integration of students in the workplace and the development of business, enables students on the one hand to improve their skills and on the other hand companies to use new technologies, thus ensuring the growth and innovation. Job-based learning has been highlighted as a very important process in various research projects and reports from vocational training institutes and universities.

Through the WBL an understanding of the profession in practice is achieved, integration in the labor market, participation in the production process, development of professional skills. Vocational guidance is only one part of on-the-job training. With the development of technology, the introduction of new techniques is valuable, since for the companies themselves it offers improvement in the quality of work, faster results and serious profit. Recognizing the benefits of the WBL project, MyNP3 Next Generation actively participates in the training of new IT executives, providing the appropriate mechanisms to create the right professionals.

The WBL methodology

Apprenticeship is the archetype of the WBL. During it, the student spends a lot of time in the work environment. By doing practice, he understands the scams of work, replacing learning through books with learning at work. Apprenticeships give students the opportunity to earn an income upon completion of a degree, and even include the ability to increase pay based on time and skills during the course. This type of training is attractive because they can earn as they learn
WBL students are regularly evaluated to measure their effectiveness. If the student impresses the employer, they may be offered a full-time job when the apprenticeship is completed. This is the first exciting step in the career that the student has chosen.
In WBL the beneficiaries are trainers and trainees. The instructors because they maintain and enrich their skills following technological development and the trainees because they gain experience in the workplace.

Erasmus+

We monitor the Erasmus + programs of the European Union and in particular those related to the fields of education and transnational relations .We aim not only to the exchange of knowledge and cultural elements, but mainly at work-based education and the use of research to create new methods in order to improve everyday life.

Augmented Reality

AR is a technology that has been evolving rapidly in recent years, referring to computer applications that integrate information and material into the real world, mainly video and audio, as well as text. It is called augmented because it enriches reality with information generated by a computer. Artificial digital 3D objects are integrated in real time into the existing environment, enabling the user to interact in a way that would interact independently of its existence. In recent years it has been applied in various fields, arousing the interest of the scientific community and beyond.

Matterport

Matterport is an application for creating digital 3D illustrations in complete interaction with the user. Take any space on the Internet - from houses to high-rises, from one-room layouts to intricate floor plans. Now you can create a digital duo with a wide variety of webcams and our mobile apps (available on iOS and Android.) Matterport is the standard for 3D space recording. The all-in-one platform turns real spaces into riveting digital twin models. Far more than panoramic scans, Matterport enables people to capture and connect rooms to create truly interactive 3D space models.
